Good Times with the Schmidts
Good times with some dear friends we only get to see about once a year. Love these people. Chris Schmidt is one of David's oldest and dearest friends and these are his children. He wife and I have a good time as well. Love her.

Tooth Fairy
Savannah lost 2 teeth! We actually went in for a checkup and the dentist said they needed to be pulled. What a surprise! Ben had a tooth that had to be pulled as well. The tooth fairy had double duty at our house that night. :)

What is it about Kindergarten?
On Ben's very first day of kindergarten at his co-op he decided to cut a big chunk of hair from the front of his head. He had never done anything like that before. I was stunned. Definitely, not mad, actually I chuckled. Now Savannah, bless her, just a few weeks into kindergarten and she has done that same thing. I was looking at her one day thinking she looked different. Then noticed that her hair on one side of her head was shorter than the other. My first thought was that maybe she had been wearing her hair in a ponytail too much and her hair had broken off. But as I inspected it closely, I noticed that it was a clean cut. I asked her if she had cut her hair and she wouldn't answer. She was like a deer in head lights. I let her know I wasn't mad but just wanted to know what had happened. She ran up and gave me a big hug and buried her face in my legs and admitted what she had done. I tried to even it out and this is how it turned out. Sweet thing.

Magic Time Machine
The kids' first time at Magic Time Machine. They loved it. It's over priced and the food really isn't that good but it was worth it considered how much fun the kids had.
