3-D

With help from my dad (thanks Dad), we got a new 3-D television (to replace the other television we had that Savannah broke). We learned the hard way that those kinds of televisions don't belong in the playroom. This new one's home is now in our living room. The kids really get a kick out of the 3-D feature!

Mesmerized!

My Comfort Zone

We've really been enjoying our new chuch. We've met lots of good people and have had no trouble at getting plugged in, it's almost impossible not to get plugged in there!

-New members class, check.
-Small groups, check (found a great one!).
-Moms groups meetings, check.
-Meeting with the Homeschooling Group soon, check.
-And now, helping with Sunday School, C-H-E-C-K!!!

For the past 2 Sundays I've helped with the Sunday School class for the 5 year olds. I've committed to this class for the next 5 months. This is something I've never done before and I'm hoping that this big step will not only grow me but also help grow these little ones in their relationship with Christ. As I was in class feeling out of place at being one of the ones "in charge" (I still feel like a kid myself, even at 36 years old) I kept thinking to myself, I have definitely stepped out of my comfort zone. However, when God calls you to do something, you can't say no. Hang on to your crayons kids, here comes Teacher Kelly and I have a sneaking feeling that it's going to be an interesting journey......
