Surprise Visit
I got a surprise visit from one of my favorite people ever! Natalie, my old college friend from Baylor, came to town and like always we had an evening full of laughs. Love this girl.
Kids' Crossfit
It's amazing the difference a different class makes. The kids had been doing the homeschool Crossfit class all last year. Since summer started we joined the regular kids' classes. During the school year Ben & Savannah didn't take it seriously. This new class has really encouraged them to work harder, take it seriously, & really focus on fitness and making gains. Plus, they've made some great friends from it too! They're really enjoying the class & it's fascinating to watch their form get better & better and them getting stronger with each class. Makes a mama proud! A family that Crossfits together stays together, right?
